Is it a photoghaph or not ? The answer is... no. Several layers were used in order to detail the skin ( small marks, freckles, pores, eyelashes... ). A lot of work, but the results are worth it.
This is amazing! :O I just got my first ever tablet, the other day, and it's Trust, not Wacom. I've only done a few first attempts to find my tablet style, etc., but I'd never have the patience (or skill) for stuff like this! =)
